Host: Bryn Jones
Psychotherapist, mindfulness-based therapist and former Buddhist monk Bryn Jones hosts the series. Bryn has deep experience in treating mental health conditions with mindfulness-based therapies. He introduces and discusses challenging mental states, leads meditations, then takes your questions in each one hour session.
