This month we’ve launched evening meditation classes with guest teachers at Inhere meditation studio in London.
We have a host of fantastic teachers each bringing their own unique styles and expertise to guide students through meditation and relaxation practices. Adiba, founder of Inhere, kickstarted the classes on 6th February, and we’ve got a great line-up of guest teachers for the rest of February.
Who are teaching the meditation classes?
- Caroline Hendry is teaching her calm and relaxing Spanda meditation style tonight
- Chairman Kato a former A&E doctor teaches how to use this ancient practice for practical modern use on 20th February
- Stephen Marks guides the group through a yoga nidra session on 22th February
- Julia Scott-Russell plays her incredible Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls on the 27th
There’s more to follow in March, so watch this space.
Why are we launching teacher-led meditation classes?
As you may know, we launched Inhere as a teacher-free meditation studio in May 2017, offering bite-sized sessions of 20, 30 and 40 minutes for busy City professionals. We’ve found this works well for our customers who like to drop into our quiet space between meetings, at lunchtimes, whenever the time affords in the middle of a busy day. However, sometimes we need a longer session, the possibility to discuss and ask questions, and try different styles in a group setting. That’s why we’re inviting guest teachers as an addition to our meditation offering.
We’re now running both the teacher-free studio sessions and meditation classes so check out our schedule here and book your space. See you soon!
